A very different angle on a well loved Spanish castile. Moorish in style the Bil Bil sits on a small natural peninsular as the waves crash against the rocks.
Weddings are held regularly in this splended building which is open to the public. You will find it in Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol.

The Curl
Could this be the peferct capture of a wave?
The depth of the curl of water just makes me want to reach into the picture and get wet.
I do not use a continuous shutter action, but prefer to take all my photographs manually. I use a relatively slow fire camera, so have fun anticipating when the next great wave will crash to the shore and sometimes my patience is repaid with a gem like this.
I would have this canvas as large as my wall allowed.

As High as a Bird
From a privelaged vantage point I was able to capture this bird in flight. I was also struck by the comparisons between the sky and the sea.
Notice the white fluffy clouds in the sky and the white swelling waves of the sea below. The view is so far into the distance that you could be forgiven for thinking that the curve in the horizon is the curve of the world.
