Late Flower
I was struck by the wonderful contrast between the shiney green and the vibrant red. Red and Green are opposites on the colour wheel and as such bring out the best in eachother.

Delicate Flower
Red veins dance through the soft pink petals of the rhododendron. Set off beautifully against the green background. I also love to play with these images in acrylic paint and pastels.
